Tax Protesters - Great News! You Don't Have to Pay Your Taxes

This article hopes to give you the knowledge you need, to feel that you have a firm grasp on the subject.

No Taxes. No troubles: We all want we didn't have to pay our taxes. We all might imagine, but the tax walkouters take this one footstep added by refusing to pay their taxes. They don't think they have to pay. But are they right? And what will occur to you if you settle to bank with them?

Just leasing You Know: In all my days as an IRS-Hitman, I've never seen a sole court ruling supporting these groups. They have been denied in central courts and they will keep being denied. So why do they persist to walkout and rebuff to pay their taxes distinct the remnants of us?

The case:

Do you feel as though you have a firm grasp of the basics of this subject? If so, then you are ready to read the next part.

"Taxes Are Unconstitutional!" The most consistent "data" the Tax Protesters use is that the 16th Amendment to the constitution is unconstitutional. The 16th Amendment which was ratified in 1913 states:

"The assembly shall have vigor to lay and hoard taxes on incomes, from suchlike informant resulting, lacking apportionment among the numerous States, and lacking watch to any survey or enumeration."

Tax Protests have tried (and abortive) to sway courts that this amendment is not legal and was not suitably ratified. They've also tried to say that national comments do not constitute that cash is income. These positions are unfounded and are called "frivolous opinion" by the central Government and the IRS.

The Punishment:

Protesting central income tax is not a criminal assault. However, the IRS has found a way to prevent people from filing frivolous profits due to walkouting (divide 6702 "in an exertion to deter tax walkouters from filing frivolous profits."). The penalty is $500 if you did it before rally 15, 2007. But for positions full after that, the amount has amplified to $5,000. It clearly doesn't pay to walkout!

Get Real: pathetic to give you wrong dream. I don't like to pay my taxes. But I do. Because the verity ruins: You have to pay your taxes. There is nothing in the Constitution that makes you exempt no count how you would like it to be interpreted.

Now You Have the Smoking Gun... Use it!
